Gratitude and Grief; music and art collide with Elixir and Michael Leunig

Multi-Platinum selling and five-time ARIA award-winning singer and songwriter Katie Noonan returns with Australia’s ‘poet laureate’ Michael Leunig and her ARIA Award winning jazz trio Elixir featuring to perform with West Australian Symphony Orchestra – for a one night only experience of art, music and poetry.

The evening features performances of the new ‘Gratitude and Grief’ collaboration between Elixir and Leunig, showcasing a unique combination of spoken-word poetry, angelic vocals, sublime improvisation and live drawing by Leunig himself. With some of Elixir’s previous catalogue and a few of their favourite songs by other artists, this is one concert not to be missed.
