DO I NEED A TICKET?

YES! Tickets are free, but everyone needs one to enter if they require a seat. Please reserve only the number tickets that you need. Leaving empty seats denies others the opportunity to experience this event. Children under 2 years of age do not require a ticket for the event and will need to be seated on the knee of an accompanying adult. Tickets are available only through Ticketek.

HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I PURCHASE?

You can book a maximum of 6 tickets. If you exceed the ticket limit, your ticket order and tickets may be cancelled without notice.

HOW WILL MY TICKETS BE DELIVERED?

Once you have booked your tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with information on how to access your tickets via the Ticketek Mobile App. This year tickets are only available via the Ticketek Mobile App. This allows your tickets to be stored safely and prevents unauthorised ticket sharing.

After you login to the app you can add your tickets to your smartphone’s digital wallet. If you need to share your ticket with someone, you will need to do so in the Ticketek App; you will be unable to screenshot your tickets. Click here for more info. If you can no longer use a ticket, simply return them via your Ticketek Mobile App (more information below).

I HAVE A TICKET, BUT CAN NO LONGER ATTEND

Due to high demand, we want to ensure that all tickets are being used for the concert. If for some reason you are unable to attend or no longer require as many tickets, you can return all or part of your allocation so that these seats can be enjoyed by another concert goer. Returning tickets is easy and can be done in the Ticketek Mobile App. Simply select the ticket you want to return and tap the “return ticket” button. You can return individual tickets, or all tickets in your order.

You can also return your tickets by emailing WASOChristmasSpectacularReturns@ticketek.com.au with the following details
- Ticketek account name
- Mobile number
- Seating allocation to be returned

WHAT IS THE BAG POLICY?

Please note that any bag larger than A4 (including handbags, backpacks, child & baby bags) are strictly not permitted. Patrons with bags larger than A4 will be directed to the Cloakroom to have these items cloaked.

WHAT ABOUT PRAMS, STROLLERS AND BABY CARRIERS?

For your safety during the course of the event, strollers, hard baby carriers and prams will not be permitted entry into the venue. Patrons with prams or strollers will be directed to the Cloakroom to have these items cloaked.

WHAT ABOUT FOOD AND DRINKS?

Leave your eskies at home. You cannot bring your own food and drinks into the venue, with the exception of one sealed plastic bottle of water or refillable bottle per person. Drink fountains and refill stations are available inside the venue. RAC Arena have food and beverage concessions open during the event and accept payment by card only. RAC Arena provides some special dietary requirement options. Please be advised that all bags will be checked on entry and any prohibited food or beverage items will not be permitted inside.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OF THE CONCERT WITH MY PHONE?

Yes! Photos on small, hand-held devices are allowed, but please ensure your flash is turned off. No cameras with a detachable lens, no iPads, no GoPros, and no video cameras will be allowed inside RAC Arena. Don't forget to tag us in your photos and use the hashtag #WASymphonyOrchestra 

GETTING TO RAC ARENA

Public Transport
Public Transport is a great option when attending events at RAC Arena, which is only a 10 minute walk from Perth Station. Please note public transport is not included in your ticket for this event. Plan your journey using the Transperth journey planner here.

Parking
The entrance to the RAC Arena underground carpark is via Milligan or Market Street. Special Event parking rates and event opening hours will apply. Event parking is a flat $30, with usual rates in play before and after the Event Rate period. Please note, parking is subject to availability. Entrance
Entry A is located on the corner of Wellington and Milligan Streets.
Entry B is located at the western side of RAC Arena at the corner of Wellington and Elder Streets.

Box Office
The RAC Arena box office will be open from 2 hours prior to the event start time on the event day.
