WASO’s annual free end of year concert is reconceived in 2020 as an RAC Arena spectacular on Saturday 12 December.

WHEN IS LOTTERYWEST CHRISTMAS SPECTACULAR ON?
Saturday 12 December 2pm and 7pm
Doors will open 30mins prior to each performance
Duration: 90mins approx

DO I NEED A TICKET?
YES! Tickets are free, but everyone needs one to enter, including babes in arms. They are available only through Ticketek.
I HAVE A TICKET, BUT CAN NO LONGER ATTEND
Due to high demand and strict government venue capacity guidelines, we want to ensure that all tickets are being used for our upcoming Christmas Spectacular concert.
If for some reason you are unable to attend or now do not need as many tickets, please email wasoreturns@racarena.com.au with the following details and we will return your allocation so that your seats will not be empty and can be enjoyed by another concert goer.

IS THE EVENT COVID-SAFE?
Yes! Your health and safety is our absolute priority. We have reconceived our event for RAC Arena to ensure we can deliver you the safest and most spectacular event while adhering to the WA Government’s Phase 4 easing of COVID-19 restrictions. Your tickets will be allocated to ensure physical distancing in the venue.
We encourage you to stay COVID-Safe and observe these hygiene guidelines:
- Wash your hands
- Cough or sneeze into your elbow
- Download the SafeWA app
- Stay home if you are unwell
WHAT IS THE SAFEWA APP?
The Western Australian Government has announced that mandatory contact registers at relevant businesses and venues will be introduced from 5 December 2020 - this includes RAC Arena. Maintaining a contact register is an extra safety measure and one of the most effective ways to control the spread of COVID-19.
Any person aged 16 and over who enters our venue will be required to register their contact details via the SafeWA app. To avoid delays on the day, we strongly encourage you to download it before you arrive via Apple App Store or Google Play.

WHAT ABOUT FOOD AND DRINKS?
Leave your eskies at home. You cannot bring your own food and drinks into the venue, with the exception of one bottle of water per person. RAC Arena will have food and beverage concessions open during the event with EFTPOS, credit card and limited cash facilities. RAC Arena provides some special dietary requirement options. Please be advised that all bags will be checked on entry and any prohibited food or beverage items will not be permitted inside.
PRAMS, STROLLERS AND BABY CARRIERS?
For your safety during the course of the Event, strollers, hard baby carriers and prams will not be permitted entry into the venue. Patrons with prams or strollers will be directed to the Cloakroom to have these items cloaked.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS OF THE CONCERT WITH MY PHONE?
Yes! Photos on small, hand-held devices are allowed, but please ensure your flash is turned off. No cameras with detachable lens, no iPads, no GoPros, no video cameras will be allowed inside RAC Arena.
WHAT IS THE BAG POLICY?
Please note that any bag larger than A4 (including handbags, backpacks, child & baby bags) are strictly not permitted. Patrons with bags larger than A4 will be directed to the Cloakroom to have these items cloaked.
GETTING TO RAC ARENA

Public Transport
Public transport is not included in your event ticket for this event.
Parking
The entrance to the RAC Arena underground carpark is via Milligan or Market Street. Special Event parking rates and event opening hours will apply. Event parking is a flat $30, with usual rates in play before and after the Event Rate period. For detailed information please visit RAC Arena's website.
Entrance
Entry A is located on the corner of Wellington and Milligan Streets.
Entry B is located at the western side of RAC Arena at the corner of Wellington and Elder Streets.
Box Office
This event will use mobile tickets & ezytickets only. Cash will not be accepted for any box office transactions (EFTPOS and credit card facilities available).
The box office will be open from 2 hours prior to the event start time on the event day.
